Synopsis Ayat ayat Cinta~~
Ayat Ayat Cinta is a beautifully portrayed Islamic love story – a tale of a virtuous Muslim protagonist who overcomes all obstacles of life maintaining pure ideals.
Fahri bin Abdillah is a poor, intelligent student who wins a scholarship to complete his graduate degree at Egypt's esteemed Al Azhar University. Very disciplined and dedicated by nature, Fahri embraces his life in Cairo, completing his studies and translation of religious books with full enthusiasm, exactly according to pre-determined targets.
Only one goal is left unattempted: the pursuit of marriage.
For Fahri is innocent and pure, and doesn't believe in the concept of relationships prior to marriage. He is inarticulate and shy around women. All his life, only two women have been close to him – his mother and grandmother.
Life changes drastically in Egypt for he suddenly finds himself surrounded by four beautiful, distinctly different women.
Maria Girgis, a shy, open-minded Coptic-Christian neighbor who is attracted to the teachings of the Holy Al Quran, finds herself falling in love with Fahri (a fact she only reveals to her diary).
Nurul, a student at Al Azhar like Fahri, is the Muslim daughter of a renowned Indonesian cleric. Fahri feels unworthy of her and thus ignores his feelings for her, leaving her confused and guessing.
Noura, an abused Egyptian neighbor, develops strong romantic feelings for Fahri, who in turn simply sympathizes with her situation. His romantic rejection destroys her and eventually leads to a false accusation of rape.
Aisha, a German Turkish student in Cairo haunts Fahri with her beautiful eyes. Following an incident on the metro where Fahri defends her against narrow minded bigoted Muslims, both immediately develop feelings for each other.
As the story unravels, the protagonist makes the audience face the daunting decisions he himself faces, and forces us to marvel at his undying loyalty to the true ideals of Islam as he ultimately makes the choice of a lifetime.

My Review~~
First filem Indonesia yang aku tengok kat wayang sebab tiba- tiba aku rasa cam nak menonton lepas baca review para forumers kat forum kegemaran aku lerrr… aku selalu gak refer dari dorang nyer review before nonton citer- citer kat pawagam… kekadang tuh boleh gak menjimatkan duit aku dari nengok citer bodoh!!!... ^_^! Actually movie nie di adaptasi dari sebuah buku karya Habiburrahman El-Shirazy.. buku nie memang familiar sangat dengan penglihatan mata aku bila aku gi kedai- kedai buku tapi entah napa tak terdetik langsung kat hati n ak selak- selak novel nie… and lastly, satu hari aku chow awal dari opis so, aku tertengok ler tmo ayat ayat cinta nie kat tv3.. memang takder promotion sangat kat sini and aku usha sampai habis.. rupanya citer nie dah tayang kat Indonesia thun 2007 laie.
And cam biasa, abis jer usha tmo nie, terus aku surfing tenet, masuk porum cari and survey pasal aac and review dorang memang memberangsangkan… menaikkan semangat aku nak tengok citer nie jer.. tapi majority cakap novel aac lebih best dari filem… and bagi aku yang suka baca novel + kaki wayang, apa apa pun aku tak kisah… mesti takkan lepaskan peluang nyer.. and thnx to member aku sebab sudi usha citer nie sama sama ngan aku even aku rasa dia tak baper minat kut… citer start kul 9.40 mlm and ada berapa kerat jer yang tengok citer nie.. memula tuh aku rasa cam slow sket tapi aku tetapkan hati mesti nak usha sampai ending…
Bagi yang tak pernah baca novel aac aku bagi citer nie ****[4stars out of 5] sebab memang terkesan jugak kat hati aku… even ader part- part yang aku tak baper nak setuju larrr… sinematografi pun cam tak baper nak cantik even dorang memang berlakon kat Egypt but sometimes nampak cam tak real… ^_^! Pastuh, ramai pulak orang- orang Egypt sana nun pandai cakap Indon… hihihi… tapi aku terpaksa set dalam pala otak aku yang dorang sebenarnya cakap Arab tapi bunyi Indon.. ^_^!!...
Part paling sedih pada aku masa Fahri nak semayang masa dalam penjara and dia nangis sebab tak boleh nak khusyuk. Fuh!! Menitik gak ler air mata aku yang berharga ini… T_T! Part lain yang sedih of course lah masa Aisha bagi permission kat Fahri tuk menikah ngan Maria semata- mata nak selamatkan banyak pihak Terutama selamatkan Fahri dari fitnah supaya boleh bebas dari penjara dan memberikan keluarga yang sempurna pada bakal anak dorang, [masa nie keadaan Maria dah teruk sangat sebab depression dapat tau Fahri kawen ngan Aisha.. kira koma tahap kritikal leww… and cuma Fahri jer yang boleh bagi kekuatan untuk Maria.. sebab tuh Aisha bagi izin Fahri kawen lain so, after dah menikah tuh baru si Fahri boleh pegang si Maria nie. Lastly dia ucapkan juga ‘saya cinta kamu’ and part nie sedih bila Aisha nangis bila dengar Fahri cakap macam tuh even Aisha yang suruh cakap cenggitu…sob..sob]
Citer nie hepi ending rupanya even before happy ada part sedihnya… Penghujungnya, jodoh yang memang dah ditetapkan berkekalan juga………^_^!
